While visiting Cilento, you may wish to add-on some fabulous stops along the way: Isles of Capri, Ischia and Procida; the Amalfi Coast, Napoli, Sorrento, with visits to ancient Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Set beside an ancient olive grove, we learn how an artisan farmer transforms flowers and oils into an array of natural products. An evening meditation as the sun descends.
