PALERMO — 3 NIGHTS

DAY 1 — Arrival & Welcome. The Dream Begins.

DAY 2 — Norman Kings & Their Descendants


Morning – A Guided Passeggiata Palermitana

• Palermo’s Norman Cathedral: kings, emperors, and the legacy of Federico II

• Santa Caterina: Chiesa, Convent & Cannolo + Cappella of Patron Saint Rosalia

• Architecture shaped by Arabs, Normans, and the Swabian dynasty

• A stop in Palermo's oldest Torrefazione for un caffe' alla palermitana


Afternoon – Free Time

• Free Time to sample the street food and theatre of Palermo’s markets- Ballarò, Capo, and Vucciria.

• Tastings of pistachio pastries, fresh fruits, olives, and street specialties


Evening – Private Palazzo Experience

DAY 3 — Golden Monreale + Palermo by Night

DAY 4 — ARRIVEDERCI, PALERMO!

 DAY 4 — BUONGIORNO, TRAPANI! 

                 + Cooking Class + Ancient Segesta 


Late morning:

• Cooking class at a family-owned organic winery (former Florio estate).

• Prepare traditional dishes, enjoy an explosion of flavors, wines and olive oils- all organic.


Afternoon into Evening: 

• Guided visit of Segesta, priceless legacy of Elymian heritage.

Evening

• Arrive in Trapani; check in to your centrally located 4-star hotel. Relax and enjoy a Welcome to Trapani aperitivo on the terrace.

Morning at Leisure:

• Coffee in the piazza, seaside walk, or visit local artisan shops 


Afternoon: 

• Guided walking tour of Trapani: Phoenician roots, maritime traditions .

Late Afternoon/Evening in Enchanting Erice:

• Guided visit plus your own time to wander medieval stone lanes, drifting clouds, timeless charm

Private excursion to Favignana, jewel of the Egadi Islands:

• Snorkel in hidden coves, enjoy secluded beaches, and feel the Mediterranean’s clarity

• Visit the Tonnara di Favignana and learn of the Florio legacy

DAY 7 — Mozia & Sunset Salt Pans + Arrivederci Dinner

Morning free to sleep, read on your balcony, or shop and grab a spot of lunch.


Afternoon -Evening

• Guided exploration of Mozia, a 2,500-year-old Phoenician island-city: the archeological park and Whitaker Museum.

• Ruins, sanctuaries, the Whitaker Museum, and the mesmerizing sculpture Il Giovane di Mozia.


Late Afternoon / Evening:

• Guided visit Marsala's historic salt pans and windmills.

• Watch the sunset that turn the lagoon pink and gold.

• Farewell Dinner in celebration of our adventures together.
